Orovida offers shipping promotions with customers receiving free shipping if customers spend over a certain amount or if subscribed. These promotions can change without notice. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orovida is not responsible for any shipments affected by ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any other extra fees, customs or charges related to your shipment.
Returns:
All Orovida customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. All the products must be returned unopened and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, Orovida will provide a replacement or refund without requiring a return based on the case. Due to the nature of our products any packages that have been opened are non-returnable due to health and safety concerns.
Please keep in mind that all customers are often responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was damaged or the wrong item was shipped by Orovida
