Hi! My name is Esperanza; my health journey began after I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and severe hypertension. For years, I relied on one medication after another, but it felt like I was only treating the symptoms, not the root cause.
The side effects-weight gain and fatigue-left me feeling out of control, both physically and mentally. I realized that extreme measures could lead to extreme changes, and I knew I had to find a better way to heal Through extensive research and trial and error, I began exploring the fundamentals of Eastern medicine.
